"Fees were clear before sending"
I liked that the charges were shown upfront, so there was no... guessing at the end. The rate and fee were easy to check before I sent the money, and overall it felt fair and simple to use.

"I mostly just paid attention to the exchange..."
I mostly just paid attention to the exchange rate since that’s what mattered to me, and it was definitely better than what my bank was offering. Ended up saving a few euros, so I’m happy with it

"Slow support needs to be taken more seriously"
The transfer did go through fine in the end, but the support side was frustrating. I had a small issue and messaged them, but it took almost two days to get a reply. By that point, I’d already figured out part of it on my own. They did eventually respond, but it felt like no one was taking responsibility or treating it as urgent. It’s not the worst service I’ve used, but when people are dealing with money transfers, support needs to be faster and more accountable...

"Easy site, verification took a little time"
The site was easy to use overall. Verification took a bit longer than I expected, but it worked fine in the end. I haven’t tried everything on it yet, so I can’t say for sure how it all holds up, but my experience so far has been good.

"Quicker than I expected, no problems so far"
I wasn’t expecting much and figured transfers might take a while, but they’ve been coming through fast. So far everything has been reliable and I haven’t run into any issues.
